Week 1
Arrival & assessment

You settle in, meet the coaches and the group, and your level is assessed honestly by people who sign players for a living.

Week 2
Full training rhythm

Daily professional training on pitch, in the gym and in athletics — plus your first matches against official German clubs.

Week 3
Match exposure

More games in front of scouts and club directors, individual video and performance feedback, and the first trial invitations.

Week 4
Trials & next steps

Arranged trials at clubs that fit your level — and a concrete plan for what happens after you fly home.

In every single week
Daily professional training

Pitch sessions, gym and athletics at the DFB Campus Frankfurt, led by UEFA Pro and A licensed coaches.

Games against official clubs

Youth Bundesliga, U21 Bundesliga and lower professional teams — real opponents, real scouts, no friendlies against tourists.

Individual club trials

Arranged for you personally, at the level that actually fits — based on how you perform here, not on what you paid.

Physiotherapy & recovery

Treatment, recovery sessions and load management so you can perform every day for four weeks.

Cultural program

Attending professional matches live in the stadium, plus city and cultural trips around Frankfurt on days off.

Honest assessment

Where you stand, what to work on and what is realistic — from Bundesliga directors and former professionals.

The detailed day-by-day schedule is shared personally with confirmed participants.

Who It's For

Is this program
right for you?

We are honest from the first conversation. This program is built for players who are ready to be assessed by real decision-makers — and to hear the truth about their level.

Born 2012 or earlier

Open to all birth years 2012 and earlier. Players under 16 travel together with a parent or guardian. Under 18 requires written consent.

Active club player

You currently play at a club, academy, high school or college team — and you train regularly.

From anywhere

Players from the USA, Canada, South America, Asia, Australia and Europe. No German required.

Serious about the step

You want real trials and honest feedback — not a holiday camp. Full commitment for the whole month.

The Facilities

Train where
professionals train.

You train at the DFB Campus Frankfurt — the same environment German professionals use. Everything on site, everything at the highest standard.

6 Natural Grass Pitches

Full-size natural grass fields at the highest standard.

Stadium

Train and showcase your talent in a real stadium environment.

Indoor Gym

State-of-the-art strength and conditioning facility for your athletic development.

Outdoor Gym

Open-air training area for functional fitness and athletic work.

2 Artificial Turf Fields

All-weather surfaces for year-round training, whatever the conditions.

Sauna & Pool

Professional recovery facilities to keep you at your best throughout the program.

The Real System

Inside the German
football pyramid.

German football is one connected, official league system. We place players inside this pyramid — into clubs that compete for real points. Pay-to-play academies are not part of it.

Pay-to-play academies sit outside the pyramid — friendly matches only, and the player pays to train.

Questions & Answers

Frequently asked.

Can my son travel alone?+
Players aged 16 and above can travel on their own. Players under 16 travel together with a parent or guardian — this is not optional. Supervision, insurance, meals and everything around daily life are discussed personally with every family in the call before booking, so nothing is left open.
Do I need a visa to participate in the program?+
US and Canadian passport holders can enter Germany visa-free for up to 90 days, which covers both our 2-week and 4-week programs. Players from other countries may require a Schengen tourist visa. After the program, if you want to stay longer to play for a club, we guide you through the relevant visa options — including the 12-month language course visa (§16f AufenthG), one of the most flexible paths for international players.
Do I need to speak German?+
No German is required for the program itself. Our coaching staff and Leon's team communicate in English. If you plan to stay in Germany long-term after the program, learning basic German will significantly help your integration into a club environment — we can recommend language schools as part of your pathway.
Which birth years can take part?+
The program is open to all birth years 2012 and earlier. For players under 18, a parent or guardian must provide written consent. For our youngest players we recommend the family package so a parent can accompany them. Players 18+ can attend fully independently.
What happens after the program — do I get a club contract?+
We cannot guarantee a club contract — no agency ethically can. What we do guarantee is maximum exposure: real trials at official German clubs, showcase matches in front of scouts and directors, and honest assessment feedback. Many of our players have signed with clubs during or shortly after the program. If a club is interested, we support the full process — registration, contract negotiation, and if needed, visa and housing.
What is the difference between an official club and a pay-to-play academy?+
This is the most important question for North American players. An official club (like FSV Frankfurt or Kickers Offenbach) competes in the official German league system — Youth Bundesliga, Hessenliga, Regionalliga. Players at official clubs can be paid by the club. A pay-to-play academy only plays friendly matches, and the player pays to train there. LHCoaching works exclusively with official clubs — this is the core of what we do.
What is included in the program price?+
Accommodation for the full duration, daily professional training at the DFB Campus Frankfurt led by UEFA Pro / A licensed coaches, showcase matches against official clubs, arranged club trials, gym and athletic coaching, and mental coaching. Flights to Germany are not included and must be arranged independently.
How does the deposit and payment work?+
After you submit your application, Leon personally reviews it and sends you a personal offer. A 35% deposit secures your spot; the remaining balance is due one week before arrival. You also receive a service agreement to sign digitally before your deposit is processed.
